A trade fair is an exhibition organized so that companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their latest products, service, study activities of rivals and examine recent trends and opportunities. The word Impex comes from Import and Export. Our trade fair, which is being organized in Warsaw -the capitol city of Poland, is not only for any particular sector or a specific industry. It is open for all the companies who are interested to find new clients in Poland as well as the neighboring European countries.
Some trade fairs are open to the public, while others can only be attended by company representatives (members of the trade) and members of the press. IMPEX trade fair serves for both. It will be held on two days. The first day is only for the members of the trade, invited potential clients to participate in B2B meetings and members of the press. The second day is open to the public. During summer time, the exhibition is organized out door and during winter time, it is organized indoor.
The members participating during Impex trade fair, not only benefit by getting direct contact with the potential buyer but also many other benefits, which has been discussed under the section, “After Trade Fair”. Under the special request by our clients, we take care of A-Z details, such as space rental, design and construction of trade show displays, telecommunications and networking, travel, accommodations, food (veg and non veg – including halal meat), electrical, booth cleaning, internet services as well as translators (English – Polish – English), local transportation including sight seeing of Warsaw for all the companies which are participating during IMPEX trade fair.
